There are several common methods for cleaning PCB (Printed Circuit Board).

  1. Pure water cleaning: Use pure water to clean PCBs. This method is suitable for PCBs that are not too dirty or do not contain chemicals. put the PCB into pure water, gently brush the surface dirt, and then rinse it off with clean water.

  2. Detergent cleaning: If there is serious dirt on the PCB surface, you can use a special electronic cleaning solution to clean it. Dilute the cleaning solution to the appropriate concentration, put the PCB into the cleaning solution to soak for a period of time, and then rinse thoroughly with water.

  3. ultrasonic cleaning: ultrasonic cleaner can help clean the PCB, the PCB into the ultrasonic cleaner, through the ultrasonic vibration effect, can quickly remove the surface dirt and impurities. The use of appropriate cleaning fluid cleaning effect is better.

  4. Automatic PCBA cleaning machine: automatic cleaning machine with high efficiency and reliability, can quickly clean large quantities of PCBA circuit boards. They usually use spray cleaning method, equipped with multiple nozzles and rotating devices, can ensure that the circuit board is thoroughly cleaned.

They are suitable for flux residue cleaning of PCBA, semiconductor and other products with high productivity, and can meet the user's requirements of process optimization and cost control. It can be used for daily cleaning of high reliability products in military, instrumentation, automotive electronics, industrial and semiconductor industries.
