Check the air pressure: First check whether the intake air pressure is between 0.45MPa and 0.75MPa, and turn on the power supply and connect the exhaust pipe

Liquid adding treatment: Use the automatic adding and draining system to ensure that enough liquid is added to the liquid storage box (generally no more than 35L), and adjust the steel mesh fixing fixture according to the specifications of the steel mesh that needs to be cleaned

Observe the control panel: check the display of each component on the panel, and ensure that the AIR source display light (AIR) is green, which means that the air pressure is normal; If it shows red, it indicates insufficient pressure or no compressed air

Place the steel mesh: put the steel mesh to be cleaned into the cleaning room, and close the cleaning room door. At this time, check the (DOOR) display light on the control panel, indicating that the door is closed and can be started normally; If red is displayed, the door is not closed properly and the device will not start

Set cleaning time: Open the protective cover of the cleaning time controller, press the lock key for time setting, adjust the black button on the right to set the required time, and then release the lock key to close the protective cover. Generally, the cleaning time is set to a range of 240-999 seconds

Set drying time: the drying time is set in the same way, and the general drying time is set in the range of 400-600 seconds

START the device: Adjust the EMERGENCY STOP button so that it is in the reset state, and then press the Start key to start the device. The cleaning controller starts timing, and automatically switches to the drying controller after cleaning, and the machine stops after drying

Remove the steel mesh: After the end of the work, open the door, the equipment automatically reset, remove the cleaned steel mesh, complete a cleaning process
