PBT-250L Deionizing water machine equipment

Process flow:

Municipal tap water - prepressure pump - multi-medium filtration - cationic softener - over-dense filter - two-stage mixed bed -DI water pressure pump - pure water tank - reverse osmosis device - high pressure pump.

Field of Application:

The PBT-250L deionizing water machine is an integrated DI water treatment equipment.

Application: According to the user's process requirements, water and other technical indicators, to semiconductor, optical and other high requirements for water cleaning customer groups, based on municipal tap water quality, design and provide RO reverse osmosis +MB mixed bed ultrapure water preparation system. Fully automatic complete the whole integration process from municipal water - purified water - deionized water.

Equipment features:

• With 24 small continuous water production function, the salt removal rate up to 97%;

• Fully automatic operation, once the water supply is insufficient, with shutdown protection function;

• Quick low-pressure rinse at startup to displace residual water in reverse osmosis. These measures are designed to reduce the frequency of chemical cleaning and disinfection and extend the service life of reverse osmosis membranes;

• If the pressure of the reverse osmosis outlet is high, the system will stop for protection. If the pressure of the reverse osmosis inlet is too low, the system will also stop for protection. When the water level of the reverse osmosis tank is full, the system will also stop.

• The system has low-voltage power off automatic protection function, when the inlet pressure of the high-pressure pump is low,RO high-pressure pump will automatically stop, avoid the damage of the high-pressure pump, and the system sends out a warning (raw water low-voltage light off);

•RO system with automatic water refill device, when the level of the RO tank reaches the low water level, the system will automatically start, when the level of the RO tank reaches the high water level, the RO system will automatically stop;

• The system has automatic washing function, with quick low-pressure washing on startup, so as to reduce the pollution speed of the RO membrane system, prolong the cleaning cycle and service life of the RO membrane;
