Process flow:

Manually put into the suction nozzle disk -X/Y/Z axis linkage - ultrasonic cleaning - spray front cleaning - spray opposite cleaning - drying - automatic into the detection machine -X/Y/Z axis linkage detection -- Remove the nozzle disc manually.

Field of Application:

PBT-60 automatic nozzle cleaning + detection machine is a quick cleaning, cleaning integration, batch cleaning cleaning equipment, can automatically complete the nozzle cleaning and blow-drying process.

Mainly used in SMT workshop SMT machine nozzle cleaning, cleaning and mount small components, such as: 0603, 0402, 0201, 01005 and other high-density nozzle cleaning.
